Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Minato, Dai-Ichi Hotel Tokyo casts a spell of elegance with its grand decor and impeccable service. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the seamless blend of luxury and comfort—the spacious room boasted a deep soaking bathtub alongside a modern shower, a haven after a day of culinary adventures in the city. The staff genuinely stood out; their warm hospitality made my single stay feel like I was among friends, especially the kind gentleman at the teppan-yaki restaurant, whose kindness left a lasting impression. With easy access to Ginza just a short walk away, both the bustling streets and tranquil parks of Tokyo were within reach. After indulging in local cuisine, I appreciated how the inviting indoor pool provided a perfect retreat to unwind. I can't forget to mention the delightful welcome drink that set the tone for my stay.
